Excercise Tips - Cardio excercise
Running is one of the most effective way to burn your extra calories, in addition to it, it will help you to make your muscles visible as you would have burnt all your fat.
If you can burn 500 calories a day, in a five day week you would reduce 2500 calories and a strict diet intake will help you to reduce 1000 more, so you can lose a pound in five days.
Intense cardio excercise will help you reduce more fat.
Cardio excercise also strenghts your heart.
Usually they are running, swimming, cycling, skipping etc.
I love running and skipping and do a lot of them.

The Best Programs by Discovery
My most favorite channel is The Discovery Channel. I had watched it from my childhood, and its just mesmerizing. The programs, clarity, narration , wow how did any come come with such a flawless channel?
You Know, this is the only channel whose on screen logo is in motion, that is the globe near the discovery channel revolves.
I would like to say some of my favorite shows aired on it
1)THE EYE WITNESS
My childhood, shall I name it, obsession, with its marvelous music, narration, exciting topics and like a library setup, will make you amaze.
2)PLANET EARTH
speechless , only one word when you are viewing it. The visual they provide backed up by David Attenborough's voice leaves you longing for more long after the show is over.
3)THE HUMAN BODY
when the show began the narrator, forgot his name, said that after you have seen this show your whole perspective of the world and yourself will change and his every word became true. One of the greatest science shows ever.
4)THE STORY OF INDIA
What else the name says it all, the story of the greatest nation of the world, retold beautifully by Micheal Wood, will make you proud than ever. I was only amazed by this all these had to be told by an English, and realized only can outsider can see and make you see the richness of India,
if this does not raise an Indian's goosebumps, no bet it will.
5)THE BLUE PLANET
Another spectacular wild life series from BBC, how do these guys make them yaar, by the same team which later on created Planet Earth I would not have to say more. One can never get closer to the sea life than this series will take you. Same amazing cinematography and David Attenborough's voice, you cannot turn away from your TV.

Kimi Raikkonen wins DHL fastest lap award
The world champion Kimi Raikkonen has clinched the DHL fastest lap award for the second consecutive time.Certainly he is in his worst year but he is still the fastest man on the planet, having set 10 fastest laps, needs just one more to beat Micheal Schumacher record of 10 fastest laps set in the year 2004.
And obviously the record won't last even till this week end.
Will he return?
Thats for sure with his contract extended by ferrari till 2010, atleast one more championship beakons him. The ICE MAN will leave his opponents cold.

Make cars green campaign have been launched by formula 1
To mark campaign this the cars will run with green colored threads, this is the beginning of a new process to make formula 1, greener.
The contributions made by F1 to safety is great will great engineers flocking to it, may be greener cheaper cars are not far behind .
