Excercise Tips - Cardio excercise

Running is one of the most effective way to burn your extra calories, in addition to it, it will help you to make your muscles visible as you would have burnt all your fat.
If you can burn 500 calories a day, in a five day week you would reduce 2500 calories and a strict diet intake will help you to reduce 1000 more, so you can lose a pound in five days.
Intense cardio excercise will help you reduce more fat.
Cardio excercise also strenghts your heart.
Usually they are running, swimming, cycling, skipping etc.
I love running and skipping and do a lot of them.
Cardio excercise helps reduce the risk of heart attacks and increases your body stamina.
For fatter people calories burns faster than relatively slimmer ones.
